Dr. Melissa Walker will lead us in discovering the ways in which storytelling empowers us to find our authentic voice in discerning who we are created & called to be.
Melissa Walker is the George Dean Johnson, Jr. Professor of History at Converse College and the founder of Heyday Coaching LLC, a career and life coaching firm. She teaches courses in women’s, southern, and U.S. history at Converse. She has spent her life listening to people tell their stories about the past, and she is fascinated with the power of story to motivate, inspire, and transform people.
